How to hurt ex girlfriend

0

If you were already working toward getting back together with an ex girlfriend, learning that she’s dating again can be devastating.  While most guys do give up at this point, your chances of getting back with her are far from over.  If you’re willing to be patient, think positive, and put in some quality effort?  You can actually use your ex girlfriend’s new romance to launch yourself back into her life, getting her to break up with or forget her new boyfriend and start dating you again.

Step 1 – Let go of your ex-girlfriend

Before you begin taking steps closer to your ex’s heart again, you first have to let her go.  While this might hurt, it’s just temporary.  If it helps, keep reminding yourself that you are working toward getting her back, and letting go of her is an important part of that plan.  Getting your ex girlfriend back from another man isn’t something that happens overnight.  By not fighting the break up, you’re refusing to battle with her decision to end things with you.  By not running off to stop her from dating this new guy, you’re showing a level of pride and maturity.  Anything you could say at this point wouldn’t work anyway, so don’t say anything.  You don’t want to come off as needy, jealous, or anything like that – this will hurt your chances of getting your ex back.

Step 2 – Drop back for a while

Leave your girlfriend utterly and completely alone during the honeymoon stages of her relationship.  Don’t call her, text her, email her, or try to run into her either.  Don’t acknowledge her new boyfriend, and don’t respond to any calls or messages from her.  This step of the process requires putting yourself back in her head, and you can’t do that if you’re in constant contact with her.  By disappearing off her social map, your ex will wonder where you are, what you’re doing, and whether or not you’re thinking about her.  Not seeing you will actually make your ex miss you – and this is an important part of winning back her heart.

Step 3 – Focus on yourself

Now that you have some extra free time, use it in the most positive manner possible.  By working on yourself, you can make yourself look, feel, and even act better… do it right, and your ex will be astonished by the new you the next time she sees you.  Go to the gym, take up running… when you start doing all new things you end up meeting new people.  The exercise will help you sweat off any residual feelings of hopeless and despair over losing your girlfriend, and all that stuff will be replaced with positive energy.  When you’re fit and toned, run out and get some new clothes.  A huge part of attracting your girlfriend is physically making yourself desirable to her, but also mentally having the confidence that all girls love.

Step 4 – Wait out her break up

Most rebound relationships last little more than a month.  This is great news for you, because if your ex jumped right into this new romance there’s a good chance she’s in a rebound relationship.  And want some more good news?  The fact that your ex started dating another guy again so quickly after dumping you results in her burying her feelings for you instead of dealing with and getting over them.  This means that somewhere beneath the surface of her heart, there’s a lot of love still left for you.  Finding that love and gently tugging on it can bring it back out into the open, causing your exgirlfriend to think about you, miss you, and want to be with you again.

As much as it hurts to watch your ex with another guy, try to concentrate on the big picture.  In the long run, you’ll be the one standing next to her.  There’s not much you can do right now, so don’t blow things by trying to talk her out of dating her new boyfriend, bad mouthing him, or any of that jealous boyfriend stuff.  Stick it out, and wait for the rebound relationship to invariably fail.

Step 5 – Pick Her Up When She Falls

When a rebound relationship breaks up, more often than not it’s the girl who gets hurt.  When your ex girlfriend has a new boyfriend, she’s probably treating the romance as a solid, concrete thing.  When it shatters?  You’ll need to be there to help pick up the pieces of her broken relationship.  She’ll be looking for someone familiar and safe – and that’s you.  Your ex will find comfort in meeting, talking to, and being in your arms again after a bad rebound, so be prepared to play that role.

Another huge advantage: your ex-girlfriend still has feelings of love for you.  She had little or no time to resolve your break up, because she jumped right into another relationship.  This is where you’ll draw out those emotions and use them to win her back.

What if her new relationship doesn’t break up?  How can I get her back?

Occasionally, a rebound relationship will stick for some time.  If this is the case, you’ll need to learn an alternative strategy to getting your ex back from another man.  There are some very unique ways you can insert yourself between your ex and her new boyfriend, and then slowly win her back from this new guy.  They take patience and effort, but they’re also guaranteed to work.  These methods require you to do things in a very subtle way, so that your ex-girlfriend doesn’t entirely realize what you’re doing… but in the end, they’ll put her back in your arms.

How to have a conversation with your ex girlfriend

0

What is one thing that all relationships need in order to survive? Fun and exciting dates? Definitely nice to keep the relationship feeling new. Respect? Extremely important for both sides, but not necessarily what I was looking for. Love? That will most certainly help but not quite there. So what could it be? Well my friends, I believe that the one thing you need in order for a relationship to survive is simply communication. Its impossible for a relationship to succeed, or survive for that matter, at all if you cant communicate your thoughts and feelings effectively towards each other.

At the moment I happen to be a part of a long distance relationship, so I know just how important it is to be able to communicate with your partner. But this hub isnt to talk about how to have communication in a relationship, but how to use communication to rekindle and rebuild it. Here are five tips I believe should be easy to put into practice that will help push your relationship with your ex girlfriend back on track.

Tip 1. I have written this before and I know it may be very hard to follow, but the best thing you can really do at first is to take some time away from your ex. To open communication you must first cut off communication. Kind of contradictory to the point of this hub.

The reason you want to take time away from you ex girlfriend is because everyone needs space. If your girlfriend just dumped you then something obviously must have gone wrong so you need to give her some time and especially space to sort through her thoughts and feelings.

If you have ever been the dumper then you know how hard (or even annoying) it can be when your ex keeps begging you to come back or wont give you your space. It kind of even makes it easier to say no to them doesnt it? So give your ex her space. Dont give her the chance to say no like that.

Tip 2. The biggest issue when trying to contact your ex girlfriend is to figure out how often to do it and especially when to do it. You dont want to start spamming her inbox, freaking her out, and ending up pushing her farther away. Instead, you want to leave little messages, whether it be on her Facebook wall or a text to her phone, that are easy-going and non-threatening like, "Hey, whats up?" or "Hows it going?"

You might be thinking, "How is this going to help win my ex girlfriend back?" Well by leaving her little notes or messages like this it shows her that you still have interest and that if she is still interested she is free to contact you back.

Tip 3. Get a conversation going. Dont try calling her on the phone or seeing her in person just yet. Have a text message conversation, email, or wall-to-wall on Facebook. Try not to get too lovey-dovey with it though. Keep it in a safe area like how their day is going or what they have been up to.

You want to do this so that by the time you see each other in person you wont have that awkward silence and ruin your chances of getting back together with your ex girlfriend right then and there. Keep your conversations at this level until you believe that youre comfortable enough to be able to keep a conversation going in person.

Tip 4. Get her to meet up with you in person. There are many ways you can approach this; depending on your situation. For me, my ex and I were pretty comfortable after talking online for a while so I had no trouble asking her to meet me in person. But you might not have the same luck.

One way to get your ex girlfriend to meet you in person, if theyre not comfortable seeing you yet, can be found here. I know the article talks about getting them to answer your call or text but the tip farther down can be helpful in getting your ex girlfriend to meet up with you if they still happen to feel uncomfortable still about meeting you in person.

Tip 5. The last tip I can leave you is just to be patient. You cant change how your ex girlfriend feels about you or return to how your relationship used to be over night. Dont try to force things into happening. Give you and your ex girlfriend time and space to ease back into the relationship.

Remember, these tips are just that, tips. So you dont have to follow them exactly as I say them in black and white. Every relationship is different and thus require different approaches in order to get them to work. But these are some things that have worked for me before in the past so Im here to share them with you now.

So remember, if you are wondering, "how can I win back my ex girlfriend?": take some time away from her and give her her space; leave little messages for her to show her that it is okay for her to contact you; get a conversation going with her either through text messages or online; meet with her in person; and just be patient. Give your relationship time to rebuild itself naturally without forcing it into a particular direction. Now go get em tiger!

How to hook up with your ex girlfriend

0

With Christmas right around the corner, everyones getting a little busy with shopping and travel plans. And many of us will soon be getting a little busy with ex-girlfriends back home.
Hooking up with an ex over the holidays is a winter tradition that almost everyone shares at some point. Maybe youve already sent friendly text messages to gauge your chances. (For example, "Youre not married now, right?") However, its not always the best idea. Well give you the pros and cons of nostalgic nookie with your hometown hottie.

PROS

1. You Already Know Each Other

Hooking up with someone new is exciting, but it takes so much effort: introducing yourself, coming across smoothly, finding a graceful exit if shes into something super weird. With your ex, though, youre in familiar territory. You know what she likes, she knows what you like. Its not the thrill of the unknown, but youll probably have an okay time.

2. The (Sexy) Ghost of Christmas Future

If you and your ex are fine with hooking up over the holidays, theres a chance it can happen again next December, and the December after that. Plus, itll make visiting for a wedding or a reunion or (hopefully not) a funeral slightly more exciting.

3. What Else Are You Gonna Do?

After a while, sitting on your parents couch and watching their HBO can get boring. You remember that you left this town for a reason: Theres just nothing going on. At least hooking up with your ex will give you something to do if youve already seen "The Hobbit."

CONS

1. Fighting Where You Left Off

You broke up with your ex for a reason, and that reason might become very apparent after a few drinks. You could wind up arguing about something that happened two years ago as if it happened yesterday. Instead of hooking up, the night ends with you refusing to apologize for that time you got drunk at her sisters wedding and got in a fight with the DJ.

2. You Risk Getting Re-Attached

Its always a bad idea to hook up with your ex if one of you still has feelings for the other. If shes not over the relationship (and you are), just go for someone else. If youre not over the relationship (and she is), youll just prolong the time it takes to move on.

3. Been There, Done That

With an ex, youre regressing. Youre trying to recapture whats already gone. And besides, you might be missing out on someone new. Try your luck with the girl from high school you always had a crush on back when you were too shy to even say hello. Who knows, maybe she felt the same way. Why not give it a shot?
