Now There Is A New And Simple Way To Fully Recover From Gripping Social Anxiety Disorder

0

By Jan West

Weve all seen it, so many so-called therapists peddling their cures for social anxiety disorder. Yet what are the chances of a real cure? Downloading file after file of expensive miracle cures adds to the cloak of mystery shrouding what in fairness is just some means to extract money from you. Oh hang on, what about all those free bonuses that come with this instant tranquillity... they are all packages designed to whet your appetite, but in reality they are all bulking agents to make you feel you have got something for your money.

They start off by luring you in with some kitschy sales talk, laying it on thick, then after the premise of a cure they move on to the price. Starting at an overstated price, and then slowly coming down in price, even offering you useless add-ons for free, which you will never ever use! Well, I suppose they have to make you feel comfortable and get those endorphins zapping about inside of your head. That is when you are hooked on what is a supposed cure for panic attacks and they have your money for something that is completely ineffective.

Examined in the cold light of day these downloads, MP3s or instructions are not worth the media they came in or on. Oh yes, they also tempt you to subscribe to other useless so-called special one off offers that will expire within 24-hours or so if you dont act fast. The industry supplying these overly priced fixes really go to town in throwing the hard sell at you, and many buyers fall hook, line and sinker for the ploys used. So do be careful what you buy when it comes to fixing your social anxiety disorder or you may well succumb to another social anxiety attack.

Former therapist and now global best-selling writer Stephen Richards adds comment by saying, "Most of these products on offer to cure social anxiety are nothing more than snake oil pitches, just made to entice the weak willed and unwary into buying useless products. These goods do little more than mask the problem for a short while, not targeting the actual areas in the mind that are in need of retraining. Basically it is all a waste of money."

Stopping a panic attack in a fast way while being gripped by one is not quite as easy as some might claim. Why wait until you are in the grip of fear before applying such a cure? These so-called therapists are just reaping the rewards from your fear. Any decent therapist would, from the outset, be changing the very areas of your mind that set these attacks in motion. One method on offer unrealistically guarantees a100% success rate, and yet in the same jargon it intimates that, well, it is not exactly a 100% fix rate! Very cleaver!

Look at it this way, if you are immersed over prolonged periods in the very act of ridding yourself of social anxiety disorder then that in itself will protract the very thing you are trying to resolve. The very same panic attack you want to avoid will manifest itself at the least expected time. This could be in the form of chest tightness, increased heart rate, dizziness, uncontrolled sweating, shortness of breath, headaches, obsessive thoughts and more.

In the way these cure all products are pushed at you and in such quantity it is no wonder the amount of panic attacks is on the increase. By virtue of the amount of products out there it is easy to be caught up into thinking that it is a fashion to actually have such a disorder.

With some of the methods on offer, that supposedly cure panic attacks, you could actually fill a shoe box up with the paraphernalia that goes with it. The real situation is that medication, relaxation exercises, hypnotherapy, psychiatry or other such treatments are not the solution to anxiety and panic attacks. Yet some audio CDs use what is called embedded subliminals, these go below the level of your conscious awareness.

By all means, use such subliminal CDs, but they are only good if you get to hear all what is said, because if your subconscious mind misses a few words then it could pick up only some of what is meant, and then it all goes wrong! Then there are the hypnotherapy CDs, but one hypnotherapy CD cannot do what would in real life take anything from 10-24 hypnotherapy sessions to achieve. What about those multipacks of MP3s you can download, surely they must do something? Well to some degree they do help clog your computer with useless files that you might actually listen to one day, when you get around to it. However, now there is a real alternative! Yes, a real inexpensive alternative that actually works!

Forget self-hypnosis, cognitive hypnotherapy and listening to subliminal messaging. The real leap forward in fixing social anxiety disorder is indeed quite uncomplicated. Just imagine listening to one audio track for 20 minutes and then seeing immediate results! This is exactly what happens to most when they use the "Releasing You From Social Anxiety CD", which was designed and developed by best selling author and self-help guru Stephen Richards. There is absolutely no subliminal messaging or hypnosis used, as all of that has been dumped by the wayside as worthless in helping to fix social anxiety disorder.

During therapy sessions with private clients Stephen Richards has had massive breakthroughs when it comes to helping others overcome panic attacks. He developed a system that would do away with expensive and wasteful downloads. Downloads that were and are very costly. He has done away with any form of hypnosis whatsoever. His "Releasing You From You From Social Anxiety CD" uses technology which targets the exact area in need of help.

Stephen Richards has developed a method to help overcome social anxiety disorder that is so simple. Just one 20 minute session can do what others claim to do in tens of hours. One other criterion he stipulated was that it had to be inexpensive so that anyone could afford it. After working on this project and fine tuning it, Stephen Richards was happy to proceed to the stage of where it became available to the public for less than the cost of a film DVD.

The method developed by Stephen Richards for overcoming social anxiety disorder is one of simplicity, far less complicated or time consuming than anything you will find on the market today. Where other modicums of therapy take weeks and weeks to achieve results, this can be achieved in just one 20 minute session of the "Releasing You From Social Anxiety CD"! Surely these claims are somewhat exaggerated? Well, if you are aware of how Stephen Richards works then you will know that unless he is 100% happy with anything then he will not make it available to the public, simple as that. He has even pulled products from being sold because he felt they were either not up to standard or too advanced. And now knowing you have someone on your side it should make you more confident to be able to tackle panic attacks head on and in a no-holds barred way. After infinite development, the "Releasing You From Social Anxiety CD" is the answer to many social phobics prayers.

Stephen Richards says, "I was absolutely dismayed at the way some unscrupulous sellers purvey their social anxiety cures. They are just a sham and exploiting the weakness of those in need. They drag out the treatments in the hope of more expensive sessions to follow. I believe in a fix that is inexpensive and also a one that is transparent in what it does. - 30535

I Miss My Ex What Should I Do

0

Are you thinking I miss my ex after a painful relationship break up? If this sounds like you, then youre not alone. Missing your ex is a normal part of the grieving process after any break up, but some womens  longing to see their ex one more time goes much deeper than simply missing the companionship.
In these cases, women can feel as though they have missed out on their chance at true love. If this sounds like you and you find yourself saying I miss my ex then there may be some things you can do to win back your relationship.
Even if you think youve tried everything you can to get your ex back, perhaps you need to reconsider your tactics, as some of the things you might be doing could potentially be pushing him even further away. Some things women try in order to get their ex to realize how much they miss him can often make him run the other way instead of coming back to you.
These things can include calling him and telling him you miss him and you love him in an upset, miserable tone of voice. To a man, this sounds like desperation from a very unhappy person. Men like to spend time with people who make them feel good. This means theyll look for women who are happy and confident because they make him feel as though hes capable of making them happy.
If youve ever called your ex and cried about how upset you are now hes gone, then you might have pushed him even further away. Dont worry, though. It is possible to fix this kind of mistake by simply not contacting him for a few days to give him plenty of time to miss you. After all, if youre texting or emailing or calling him all the time, when has he had a chance to miss you yet?
While youre spending some time away from him, you need to spend some time working on building up your own self-confidence. Give yourself a mini makeover. When women look good, they feel good too. Spend some time doing things that make you feel good. Go out with some girlfriends and do some fun things together.
Building your own self-confidence will help to stop you thinking about the negative, upsetting aspects of telling yourself over and over I miss my ex. Instead of this, begin thinking about positive things you can do to become the happy, confident woman that your ex fell in love with in the first place.
After all, when you can put yourself back into a positive frame of mind, youll be ready to give him a call and suggest you both catch up for a friendly coffee and a chat. This will give you a chance to let him spend some time with the happy, confident version of you that he once loved and was attracted to. If you feel your emotions coming to the surface and you feel like you want to beg or plead with him or if you feel like youre going to cry, remember that the unhappy you is the one he pulled away from and broke up with.
So if youre thinking I miss my ex, take heart. There is still hope you can work on ways to get your ex back.

I Dumped Boyfriend And Now I Want Him Back

0

So you were dating a guy you really liked and then one day you noticed a tiny little issue about him that you didnt really like and you dumped boyfriend! Just like that!  Out of the blue!  But have you really dug down deep to try and understand why you dumped boyfriend?
Perhaps youve told yourself that it was the way he ate his food?  Or the way he laughed or perhaps even something as earth shattering as the way that he walked?  Whatever it was that made you turn around and end up with a dumped boyfriend, boy are you regretting it now because now, you want him back.  But heres the thing he wants nothing to do with you and everything that youve tried so far to get him back, as failed.
Well, have you tried just leaving him alone for a while?  Because pretty much youve hurt his feelings big time and hes doubtless feeling humiliated.  If youve been calling him 24/7 and hes just not picking up, then thats a clear indication that he needs you to leave him alone.
So instead of bombarding him with text messages and calls, give him some space and take a look at the real hidden reasons that might have caused you to wake up one morning with a dumped boyfriend.
Truth is some girls have been known to test the relationship by ending it to see if their boyfriends will put up a fight for them and the relationship.  If this is what you did, then this is basically flawed behavior.  Not only that, ask yourself why you would even want to put someone who you clearly have feelings for through the upset of a breakup?
Usually anyone who tries to manipulate someone to this extreme, has deep rooted self-esteem issues that they should really think about working out.  Your self-esteem is really the inner you.  If you are suffering from low self-esteem then the little voice in your head often shouts negativity at you and tells you that you are just not good enough.  Take the time to address this and you will be far happier.
To win back a dumped boyfriend youre going to have to clearly work on yourself. No self-respecting boyfriend wants to be around someone who is high maintenance and doesnt know her own mind.  In future, make sure youre one hundred per cent sure about what you are doing and why you are doing it.
Instead of dumping the guy, why not sit and talk to him about your fears and your insecurities.  He will think more of you if you are honest with him, rather than if you simply lash out on a whim and dump him for what appears to be no good reason.

The Life Changer That You Need to Know Now!

0

By Shawn Doyle

As a motivational speaker, I believe that one of the most powerful motivational tools is having a purpose for what you do. "O.K." you are thinking about now- "no need to read this article any further I already know my purpose"...Stop! Your getting up and going to work each day is not your purpose. Sorry. Some people think that way and its kind of understandable. It is a detrimental thought process shaped by sociatal norms. I passionately believe this kind of thinking often leads to low morale and a low level of motivation. So let me state again getting up and going to work is not the purpose, it is simply a reason.

Why do you do what you do? What is your true purpose? I define purpose very simply- it is the reason you are on the big blue ball called earth.

So how the heck do you find your purpose anyway? Its actually easy as pie. 1) Go to a temple somewhere in the world 2) Enter the temple 3) Ask for the wise man in the robes 4) Ask " So what is my purpose master?" 5) Wait for it 6) Leave this place right away and apply it . O.K. I am just joking- its not that easy. There are a lot of twists and turns on your journey to finding your purpose. Now the bad news- its going to require some work and effort and study. After all you are trying to determine your lifes work. There are people that discover it by stumbling over it. I find that most folks though just have to work at it. Let me give you some techniques for fiinding it:

One sheet exercise- Take out a blank piece of paper. On that piece of paper, write down a list of all the things you are really good at and have been good at all your life. (This is not the time to be modest) You either know or have been told what you are good at all of your life. Once you have filled the page with talents or gifts, take a look at the page. Does anything stand out to you? Any common things? Lets say your list is filled with things like writing, art, brainstorming, or painting. Maybe the central theme around the page is creativity and your purpose is to create as your contribution to the world.

Get Real Carve out some free time and go away to a quiet place. Take a pen and pad, and get ready to write. Take the time to ask your self the following questions: 1) Someday when I am old and gray, what do I want to have accomplished? Why are those things important? What contribution would they have made? 2) What are two or three things that you will regret if you do not do them in your lifetime? What do you think would stand in your way if you dont get them done? Why? 3) Why were you born? Do you think you have specific gifts or talents you were meant to use? Why? Are you using them? If not why not? 4) Fill in the blank; I was meant to ______________________. Why do you think that? 5) What is very important to you? Why? After you have gone through these series of questions some patterns might emerge and you may be closer to uncovering your true purpose.

Ten With No Spin Now you are going to go to your panel of 10 advisors. Your objective is to do a little Q...A with each of them. This exercise also takes a little confidence. Ask each person "what do you think my strengths are? Ask Uncle Benny, your Mom, and close buddy. Ask your personal trainer and a co worker. I am sure your curiosity is wondering "Why?. Well it is actually interesting what other people may see in you that you dont. They may provide a whole new perspective. Now as the answers come in you have to sort and edit and decide which to listen to and which not. One caveat- dont have negative people do the survey. This information can be a wonderful tool to help discover your purpose. - 30535

Panic Treatment Options

0

By Greg Anderson

Anxiety and one of its key symptoms - panic attacks ? need treatment. The most obvious reason to seek treatment for anxiety is to eliminate the often crippling impact it has on sufferers? lives. An equally important reason is that without treatment, anxiety sufferers risk of developing even more serious anxiety-based disorders and behavioral problems. It is essential to seek an effective treatment for anxiety that will address current symptoms and prevent them worsening.

Finding the treatment that you feel comfortable with is very important in the treatment of anxiety. There are several effective options available, and it is just a matter of finding the one that is the best fit for your situation. If you find one treatment ineffective, you will likely find another an ideal solution. There is something out there for every patient.

Being at ease with your anxiety treatment is of course a key element of how successful it will be.

Here are the main options for the treatment of anxiety:

Medications Prescribed for Anti-Anxiety

A large number of medications are designed to treat anxiety. These drugs are primarily found in the benzodiazepine family, and include such medications as Xanax, Valium, and Ativan. Some other drugs are not designed exclusively for the purpose of treating anxiety or panic attacks, but do have the side effect of reducing anxiety levels, such as anti-depressants. Generally these drugs are taken as needed, but sometimes are taken on a regular schedule so as to reduce constant anxiety problems.

Using medication to treat anxiety can be effective, but it is not really a long term solution. These drugs can be very addictive, and should not be taken for extended periods. Additionally, such medications are not able to stop the core causes of anxiety, they just deal with the symptoms.

Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy for Anxiety

Some patients find that hypnosis is a good option to handle their anxiety problems. Since this method does not use addictive medication, it is sometimes favored over the medicine approach. Hypnotherapy treats anxiety by utilizing deep relaxation exercises to place a patient into a calm state wherein they can explore the motivation for their anxiety. Following that, Hypnotic suggestion is employed to convince the brain to handle anxiety differently.

Unfortunately, anxiety tends to prevent hypnosis from working in many cases. Anxiety sufferers have a hard time allowing themselves to be "put under", due to the fear of losing control. Hypnotherapy does not tend to have a high success level in dealing with panic attacks. Hypnotherapy will usually not be enough to combat panic attacks unless it is accompanied by another aggressive method of therapy, such as CBT, aimed at eliminating the panic attacks.

Self-hypnosis exercises practiced in the safe and familiar environment of home can provide some relief from anxiety but again, does little for acute anxiety expressed as panic attacks.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT, is often used in anti-anxiety treatment and is one of the more popular treatments today. CBT based programs help the patient to respond differently to their anxiety and panic attack triggers. CBT looks for the faulty thought patterns that allow anxiety to occur, and help the patient to change these patterns.

Cognitive therapy for anxiety and panic attack sufferers typically involves exercises with timetables to ensure progress but it can be a lengthy process. However, it is an anxiety treatment that safely and effectively addresses the root causes of anxiety and provides a lasting, usually life-long solution. - 30535
